Okay so I might have to retract or modify something I once said...
I believe the 2nd most beautiful woman WHO HAS HAD PLASTIC SURGERY is Holly Madison...EEK!...it's been all over the web this weekend, i've seen so many "before" shots I'm pretty horrified.
What i CAN say is that her plastic surgeon is an effing genius.
