Ahhhh...its not age discrimination...It's discrimination against the "next in line to the throne" so to speak. If you're running for president, prime minister, next in line to being King...just do everyone a favor and let your kid take that spot.

In other news, I was all for giving the thermostat a second attempt, however after some research online I started to get freaked out about horror stories about electrocution and not knowing if my thermostat is 24vdc...vac? Aaack see!

After realizing that I might have to admit defeat to the thermostat, I picked up Family Handyman's issue of "Essential Home Skills" (Family Handyman kicks ass for any homeowner...too bad I had a subscription when I was effing renting and I threw most of them out) so even if I can't change a thermostat at least I can learn How to keep my appliances humming as well as how to Burglar-proof your home.
