Happy New Year, Sabina
I check your post now and then to catch up on life on the West Coast.
I had a pretty sorry post the last time I wrote WTF I felt bad and took it out on you. Sorry.
I hope you vote for Obama and not Hillary, or Romney and not McCain.
I wonder if you have ever heard of a pretty famous church near you...called Saddleback. I think they did something recently for all the folks during the fire...and I think Hillary spoke there, too. Do you know anything about Saddleback?
First off, this makes me an a-hole for ranting back. Please folks, don't apologize for the stuff you write to me...it's a free country. Hmmm, but it IS my blog. Ahhh well, don't apologize. If I don't like you, I'll just create a website dedicated to what a douche you are. So far that hasn't happened yet, so it's all good.
Yes, Saddleback is nearby...don't know much about it though...

Forgiven! Ye gads...so virtue does collide with vice and win. Wow.
Your virtue over my vie.
I was won over to your senitments and shock-expressiveness when I took the time to peruse your movie reviews.
Have you seen ALL these movies?
And, I wish you would try out Saddleback. I think Hillary spoke there. Apparently, it is one of the worlds' largest churches...can you believe that? And it took up an offerinng that is the largest offering ever taken on one weekend...something like 25 million..(don't quote me..it may have been 46 or 27...but it was up there)
Anyway, what they do is, supposedly, have drama, movies, and music that is not churchy at all...but v-e-r-y practical.
I want some insight from someone like you..who, I guess..will not cut "religious" any slack just because it is religious. Know what I mean? I think they meet Saturday nights and about 3 times on Sunday. Folks attend in jeans and t shirts and tennis shoes and the guy who speak, Rick Warren, wears Hawaiaan shirts.
Oh dear, Moderator, you're preaching to the wrong choir! Sabina can count on two finger the number of times she's been in a church and from what I can recall from her telling me about her experiences, both experiences gave her the heebie-geebies. Although...a commentary about her attending a service at Saddleback would, I'm sure, be quite commical and blog-worthy.
LOL Carrie. Your probably right, from what I get from her blog. We do need fresh minds who speak clearly and frankly...
Anyway..it would be blogworthy.
Maybe it can be a movie review!
