Make love, not Warcraft

Disclaimer: yes I've heard of Blizzard because my husband makes video games, but I've never even seen World of Warcraft and I learned yesterday that the graphics look so crappy because it's intended for everyone to play, no matter how crummy the computer. Anyway, the point is that I thought this was EXTREMELY creative and well done, even if you don't know the game and how it works.

This was, by far, the FUNNIEST effing South Park episode ever. This clip is around 10mins long, but forward to 6:00mins in...

The BEST part is at 7:01, where Timmy gets to speak...

Ok so yea I am a geek and play WOW with my hubby. Hhahaha! Sabina your actually going to meet 8 people who we play with who are in our guild. They're coming up to our house for the Anniversary party. Yea sometimes we do things IRL. haha! This South Park eposide cracks me up! I want to see the whole thing. hahahahha :)
I started play with Steve last year in Decemeber. The emotion that the kids act out is like some of the people I know. hahahhaha! Ok yea I have swore at the computer too. Anyway good laugh as always reading your blog.

I have a friend of mine who's fiance bought a laptop and a copy of WOW to spend time with her fiance. Now they are leveling up together... I could think of a few things that's better than sitting in the same room as my loved one, (if I had one) than playing WOW. :)

It's certainly not a spectator sport either because I've watched my brother play and I swear watching grass grow is way more fun. :)

I read an article in Wired a few months ago where a guy got a a job based on the fact he's in charge of a guild in WOW, (I'm sure he had the right qualifications otherwise) but the fact he can react with changing situations, able to organize and plan things out and lead people. I guess there are some redeeming qualities to WOW but I'd rather get out of the house and spend some time with my loved one than nerd out on my PC with her in the same room. :)
