So i got this email from a wonderful friend of mine (in Canada), who's name I won't post 'cause I don't want to embarass her, but it was such a sweet, sweet email:
I have been trying to spend more time emailing because I can't believe how much I miss people. This "mother" job is just about the most alienating job out there. I meant to email you last week because I got your thank you card. You know I'm the one that owes you a thank you. You visiting us really perked people up. It really made me feel better and I realized just how increadibly much I miss you. It was weird. It was like I missed you more while you were here, probably because it's like spending time with your ex right after you break-up. It hurts more to be with them than without. I've kind of feel like that...it hurts more to be with you than without. That being said, I had the best time while you were here. It really sucks that your not here. It really does.
Dang I miss her...I wish I could kidnap her and bring her to california.
